Everything was good, helpful service and supportive staff. Fine beds, central heating, a work desk and a radio where a nice touch. Excellent facilities and the pool was good. I enjoyed my stay, it was best.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was perfect really close to Polk Street and Pier 39. We were given non-smoking, warm room with sofa. Even though the whole experience was great, the bed in our room was a little firm👍
The breakfast we ordered was okay, it could be better.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and fairly clean with free wi-fi. This property's staff was very friendly, providing a fantastic service. Fantastic location, short walk to beach, the centre, the pier, nevertheless the area was uncomfortable.
